St Aubyn Estates manages the beautiful and iconic St Michael’s Mount, runs the specialist construction company Cornish Heritage Builders, offers glorious holiday cottages in the picturesque Porthgwarra Cove, and is custodian of a diverse Estate in West Cornwall.
Cornish Heritage Builders partner with local colleges to find apprentices wishing to join our specialist sector of the building industry in West Cornwall. We currently have two apprentices in the team.

Head Chef, St Michael’s Mount
If you’re ready to bring your passion for food and people to this extraordinary setting, we’d love to hear from you. We’re seeking an energetic and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations across the island including the Harbour Loft, Island Café and pop-ups. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary talents in a spectacular setting, creating everything from grab and go favourites to elegant Afternoon Teas.
